Customers that order online must pay with a debit or credit card, all common cards are accepted. The payment solution used is Stripe. Customers that order our products through a Loto representative will receive an invoice by mail or email. The invoice terms are 14 days credit, 60SEK reminder fee and interest based on the Swedish National bank (Riksbanken).
Shipping is included in the price to all Nordic countries. We use DHL for shipping. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by us. Shipping costs may apply if shipping internationally outside Scandinavia. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge.
There is a 14 day refund period. Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. Customized items, such as the customized box is excluded from the refund policy by Swedish law. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. The buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment. Be aware of the 14 day refund period for non-customized item (14 days).
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: email@example.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution but we listen carefully and appreciate your feedback. Each case will be looked at individually.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by us, we hold no responsibility.
